Stop & Shop — Establishment and food at 211 High Street, Torrington, Connecticut.

Outside, bums hanging around picking through the trash, people overdosing on drugs, and the bottle return rm is disgusting with most of the machines out of order. They used to have a security guard outside but I haven't seen him in quite some time (he never did much anyways except B.S. with the people hanging out there anyways). Inside isn't much better. I hear the manager being paged all the time but he/she never comes. Front end supervisors station is nothing more than a hangout for the employees. I only shop this store because of convenience, not because it's my preference!
